These guidelines keep SkillsMC a fair, trustworthy marketplace for competitive Minecraft coaching.
Respectful Behavior
Treat all trainers, students, and staff with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and personal attacks are not tolerated. Keep all communication professional and constructive.
Honest Trainer Credentials
Trainers must claim only tiers they can demonstrate. Significant tiers (LT2 and above) require verification by an authorized reviewer. Claiming or displaying tiers you do not hold is grounds for removal from the platform.
Fair Booking Conduct
Honor your booking commitments. Trainers should deliver the coaching session as described. Students should attend sessions they have booked. Repeated no-shows or cancellations without notice may result in account restrictions.
No Off-Platform Payments
All payments must go through SkillsMC. Do not arrange payments outside the platform to avoid fees. Off-platform payments are not protected and violate our terms.
No Cheating or Deceptive Claims
Do not boost, cheat, or misrepresent your skill level. Trainers must not claim verified status they have not earned. Students must not misrepresent themselves to trainers.
Reporting Problems
If you experience harassment, fraud, fake tiers, or any other issue, report it through our report system. Provide as much detail as possible. False reports may result in action against the reporter.
